The holiday party.

Ugly sweaters, a gift exchange that got competitive, and a golf simulator nobody wanted to give up. In December, Larry the Elf even led office yoga.

Dawn Day, with a clown.

For Administrative Professionals Day we celebrated Dawn, the person who keeps this whole office running, and BeeBop the Clown showed up with balloon animals for every desk.

The IMP safari.

A macaw, a python, a chinchilla that liked sitting on heads, and a tortoise who took his time. Families came by too. It was hard to get back to work after.

The IMPicnic.

A whole day on the farm with families: axe throwing, cornhole, giant Jenga, hobby horses, pond tours, horses, a food truck and BeeBop’s magic show.

Halloween dress-up.

A costume parade, a pumpkin decorating contest and real prizes on the line. Everybody brought their A game, and at least one person brought a cane.

Schnitzel, spaetzle and sausage in the lunchroom, and nobody eats until Dawn calls PROST.

Birthdays and anniversaries

Celebrated every month, with dessert. Some of our team have been here 13 years and counting.
